About the Role

We are looking for a product analyst who will leverage our data to guide our product development. In this role you will work closely with our Engineering, Product, and Design teams to design and analyze A/B experiments for new features, define key performance metrics, and understand the behaviors of our subscribers. As an early member of our Product Analytics Team, you will help define, shape, and build the company’s approach for data-informed product development.

Responsibilities

  • Apply a diverse set of tools, tactics, and approaches to explore and leverage data to identify actionable insights and recommendations to improve products, features, and user experiences
  • Present product insights and recommendations to all levels of stakeholders across the company
  • Shape and develop a data-driven culture by delivering insights via exploratory analysis, experimentation, and collaboration
  • Build, implement, document, validate, and monitor key data pipelines to automate and evangelize key performance metrics
  • Provide comprehensive day-to-day analytics support to partner teams, develop tools and resources to empower data access and self-service so your expertise can be leveraged where it is most impactful

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience performing quantitative analysis for a technology company
  • Fluency in SQL understanding of statistical analysis and experiment design
  • Ability to drive projects with minimal guidance and prioritize high impact work
  • Experience and ability to communicate across all levels and roles in an organization
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to build cross-functional relationships
