We are looking for Senior Product Manager to join our fast-growing team who will work on the Branch Navigator. This product integrates with app drawers and other mobile touch points to provide a seamless navigation experience on your phone. Branch Navigator’s product growth forecast is on an exponential curve, with 10x growth in the past year. We are scaling our product and engineering teams aggressively, with the goals of globalizing the product, scaling monetization, leveraging new data, and building new UX over the next year. What You'll Do:

• Collect insights via understanding user needs, analytics, user feedback, internal stakeholders and market exploration. 
• Prioritize product improvements to achieve key metrics.
• Brainstorm and define new product requirements.
• Work day-to-day with engineers to drive the implementation of new products and features and support existing ones.
• Track the performance of products, and measure and report on team goals to company management and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to ensure successful pre- and post-launch activities.

We're Looking for Someone With:

• 4+ years of product management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent technical experience.
• A high degree of self-direction and independent drive. 
• Ability to communicate well and influence people, both technical and non-technical.
• Comfort working with large data sets to produce actionable insights.
• An eye for design, usability, and user delight.
• Ability to track competitive products and draw meaningful insights.

Nice to haves:

• Experience with mobile or Android.
• Experience working on a consumer product.
• Experience working at a startup.
• Experience working on a search or data analytics product.
