Who You Are 

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager or a Product Manager to fill a unique role that involves building and launching a new 0-to-1 compensation feature centered on helping companies and managers to recognize and equitably reward employees for their work. You’ll work closely with your design and engineering counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, in order to plan, build, and launch features to our growing customer base. This role will be integral in defining the future strategy and set of features.

Responsibilities:

• Own and execute development of a 0-to-1 product in the compensation space partnering with your design and engineering counterparts
• Inform product decisions and prioritize your roadmap using both quantitative and qualitative data
• Partner with user research to gather customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Influence other product teams and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes in your product area
• Define future product vision and strategy in alignment with company goals to drive value for our customers and the business

We are looking for someone who has:

• 2-5+ years of experience as a product manager within a fast-paced, agile environment
• Experience partnering with design on UX-facing features
• Experience with a B2B SaaS product and owning end-to-end product development preferred
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• Self-motivation and drive, with the ability to work independently
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates
