Job Description

The Growth Product team shapes the entry points and first week experience of new users who will join the 300M+ shoppers on our platform. We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the strategy and implementation of many large-scale, cross-functional growth initiatives. Whether it be optimizing ads funnels, building trust within the signup flow, or improving new user onboarding & education, you will have the opportunity to impact our business on a global scale. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership and building features at all levels of the stack. 

What you'll be doing:

  • Be bold! Create new experiences that fundamentally transform how users discover, onboard, and shop on Wish

  • Identify and prioritize key problem spaces & opportunities by leveraging your product expertise and analytical insights

  • Execute on these opportunities by working cross-functionally with engineering, design, analytics, and ads teams to define, drive and manage innovative features

  • Be scrappy - launch MVPs and iterate quickly based on learnings

  • Define and analyze key success metrics that measure the value and success of your products

  • Coordinate and manage tradeoffs between engineering and design to ensure timely releases while delivering impactful results to support business growth

  • Be intensely data-driven in prioritizing and evaluating the results of your work

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher 

  • 5+ years of experience in product management 

  • 3+ years of experience in growth product management 

  • Experience with full or part of user lifecycle across email, notifications, or SEO

  • Track record of launching products at scale with a demonstrable positive impact to the business

  • Experience running A/B tests, evaluating results, and leading post-launch optimizations 

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving

  • Not afraid to roll up your sleeves to analyze data hands-on in SQL/Python/R environment

  • Solution oriented, highly-motivated and proactive self-starter 

  • Positive can-do attitude towards tackling problems, doing what’s necessary to get the job done

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience at an e-commerce or digital marketplace company

  • Experience in ads and performance marketing
