As a Senior Product Manager, you will play an impactful role in driving the next generation of mobile game experience for RPG players. As a key member of the game studio, you will be responsible for helping the team driving successful product features and events, ultimately influencing engagement, retention and revenue for Disney Sorcerer’s Arena. 

You'll often:

  • Design and manage key game features and live events that are aligned with the overall vision of the product
  • Scope and prioritize features and events based on business and user impact
  • Analyze engagement, monetization and in-game economy trends using data insights, and build strategic recommendations for improvement
  • Establish new monetization opportunities based on already established as well as new game models
  • Design and optimize virtual economies
  • Communicate KPIs to internal and external stakeholders and adjust plans accordingly
  • Monitor competitive trends and best practices, third party tools/partnerships, and internal business intelligence
  • Support gamedata implementation when needed

We're looking for:

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in product management in consumer mobile games 
  • Ability to narrow down abstract problems into actionable recommendations
  • Ability to prioritize development initiatives based on business needs and development costs
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven product design, iteration and decision making
  • Ability to draft PRDs with clear technical requirements, user flows, and wireframes
  • Experience multivariate testing in mobile games
  • Strong in Excel with ability to create models for in-game economies
  • Strong passion for mobile gaming with a deep understanding in freemium business model
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Exceptional ability to use data in problem-solving. SQL abilities is a big plus
  • Experience in mobile RPG is a big plus
  • Experience in game system and economy design is a big plus
  • Experience with gamedata implementation and perforce is a big plus
