The Role: 


We’re looking for a passionate, collaborative and creative thinker/doer to help us democratize access to high quality health care. We have 3 product offerings in the market: Expert Medical Opinions, Navigation and Virtual Care. We are looking for a Sr Product manager to help own and drive the success of our expert medical opinion offering. This has been a very impactful product for us to date, enabling significant positive healthcare outcomes of our members with complex conditions. There is an exciting roadmap ahead to help further the impact we can have on complex patients, and we are looking for a product leader to own the vision ,strategy and roadmap for this product line.


This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to lead a product line and is comfortable rolling up his/her sleeves. You will be working with the sales and customer success teams to understand customer feedback, with the user research and design team to work on the right member experience and will be working closely with our engineers, care and clinical team to deliver the right product. 

Responsibilities:

  • You will define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Expert Medical opinions
  • Deeply understand the needs of members and customers, and lead the team to deliver extraordinary solutions
  • Balance the needs of the customer and the user to create a product that hits revenue, retention and margin goals which driving member preference, savings and outcomes for the population
  • Define the frameworks and metrics through which you will measure success, and monitor and analyze those metrics to track progress and inform prioritization
  • Partner with clinicians, user research, data science, and customer success to identify and prioritize initiatives that make our products market competitive, member-preferred, and maximally impactful
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle - from conception, specification, development, acceptance testing, and release - and be prepared to lead rituals inside of that development cycle, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and demos

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of product management experience building products that have driven significant revenue growth
  • Ability to work with the sales and customer success team to evaluate customer needs
  • Vision: you’ve created and rallied support around strategies that shaped the direction of your products 
  • Results: a track record of delivering product experiences that users love and that create business impact
  • Execution: ability to break down complex problems and iteratively ship and deliver value
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort analyzing and applying data to inform decisions
  • Experience working on big problems with high ambiguity
  • Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Excellent business judgment and ability to adapt to changing context
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Passion for changing how people experience healthcare
