About the Role
We are looking for a senior product manager with Finance acumen and someone who’s passionate about numbers, and is ready to manage one of the most critical parts of our platform. You will be building the backbone of our customer experience and internal reporting including pricing, billing, payments and financial system integrations.

What You’ll Work On:
- Work directly with customers and product leadership to define a roadmap for your product area
- Work closely with Sendoso finance team on financial system integrations and internal reporting
- Translate the upcoming product roadmap into clear requirements
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to execute on the product roadmap
- Coordinate with CX and Marketing to launch new features, monitor their adoption and iterate on customer feedback and data insights
Experience:
- 4+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in billing/payments area
- Produced clear and concise product roadmaps and requirement specifications
- Driven results through cross-functional collaboration - design, engineering, marketing, partnerships, and creative teams
- Experience driving roadmap conversations with executives
- Experience delivering a feature from idea to GTM
Bonus Points If You Have…
- Basic understanding of finance and accounting (GAAP)
- Past experience working with a payment gateway
- ERP, SFDC Integration experience
