The Role:

Zeus is looking for a Senior Product Manager with experience at a high-growth startup to lead our Resident Growth product initiatives, one of the company’s most important focus areas. You will work with the Head of Product, CTO, and other company leaders to turn the company vision into a product strategy that will help more people find and live with Zeus. You’ll also mentor (and in some cases manage) a team of product managers.

About the team:

Zeus is much more than just a digital experience, and our Product team is at the center of it all. Our Product team is responsible for driving the product vision for Zeus, and for ensuring that our technology teams are focused on, and delivering the biggest impact possible for Zeus. That includes traditional focus areas (like our website and internal tools), but also less traditional areas like our resident’s travel and in-home experiences.

Resident Growth:

Currently, our Product teams are focused on three core users: residents, property owners, and operations staff. In this role, you’ll be focused on our residents, and primarily the beginning of their journey with Zeus (from discovery through the booking process). You’re responsible for building a world-class home search and booking experience, and an efficient sales and support experience for our internal teams.

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with our business, operations, and PED (product, engineering, and design) teams to develop a product strategy and roadmap for our resident (demand) growth efforts
• Guide the team to establish clear goals, rooted in user problems, with clear success criteria
• Lead a team of engineers, designers, and product managers to execute the product strategy and deliver impact and learnings to the company
• Communicate regularly with company leaders and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and your team remains unblocked
• Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and designers to come up with solutions to hard problems
• Obsess over research and data to inform decisions and measure progress
• Mentor more junior product managers on the team, and help create a world-class product team
• Advocate for resources (and assist in hiring) so that your team is set up for success.

Who You Are:

• 5+ years as a product manager
• Experience in running growth initiatives, including a/b experiments
• You encourage experimentation and enable your team to take risks
• You prefer an iterative, fast-paced development style
• You are pragmatic and flexible
• You will adapt your process to what's needed by the company
• You are data-driven in your decision making, but can trust your gut for the sake of speed
• You are technically proficient enough to participate in design decisions for large scale systems
• You have an ownership mentality
• You balance what's best for your team with what's best for Zeus

• You heavily invest in the success of the product managers (and team) around you
