Job Description

Wish is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead its efforts to rethink our Homepage & Navigation. The Homepage is the first taste of Wish for a majority of our 100M MAUs. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a strategy to guide our users to products & features which they find engaging. This is a very high visibility role with the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business and product.

What you'll be doing:

  • Create new experiences that fundamentally transform how users discover new products and categories, and give them a reason to come back and shop on Wish.

  • Partner closely with User Research, Data Science and Design teams to think of user intent and segmentation that can lead to different Homepage experiences based on the needs of users.

  • Design and develop new ways to navigate around the app - in a way that also allows other PMs to leverage the framework to promote specific features to targeted users.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required

  • 6+ years of product management experience in a consumer facing role. 

  • Experience working on the homepage or main feed of ecommerce or social media apps at scale

  • Experience running A/B tests, evaluating results, and leading post-launch optimizations 

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving

  • Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with designers, engineers and data scientists

  • You have a passionate can do attitude. Not afraid to try, learn, and improve, ability to work in a fast paced team environment.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working at a startup

  • Masters Degree in Business, or a quantitative field
