Wish is looking to hire a Senior Product Manager to lead its efforts to rethink our Homepage & Navigation. The Homepage is the first taste of Wish for a majority of our 100M MAUs. In this position, you will be responsible for crafting and implementing a strategy to guide our users to products & features which they find engaging. This is a very high visibility role with the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business and product.
What you'll be doing:
Create new experiences that fundamentally transform how users discover new products and categories, and give them a reason to come back and shop on Wish.
Partner closely with User Research, Data Science and Design teams to think of user intent and segmentation that can lead to different Homepage experiences based on the needs of users.
Design and develop new ways to navigate around the app - in a way that also allows other PMs to leverage the framework to promote specific features to targeted users.
Bachelor’s degree or higher required
6+ years of product management experience in a consumer facing role.
Experience working on the homepage or main feed of ecommerce or social media apps at scale
Experience running A/B tests, evaluating results, and leading post-launch optimizations
Strong quantitative analysis skills and a data-driven approach to problem solving
Ability to communicate clearly and succinctly with designers, engineers and data scientists
You have a passionate can do attitude. Not afraid to try, learn, and improve, ability to work in a fast paced team environment.
Experience working at a startup
Masters Degree in Business, or a quantitative field
