As Senior Product Manager, Merchant Ecosystem, you’ll be responsible for shaping Recurly’s integrations and partner marketplace roadmap. We’re seeking an individual with deep API and integration expertise who can guide the evolution of the Recurly’s marketplace to meet the needs of our merchant customers’ looking to share information between Recurly and their CRM, ERP, eCommerce, and Tax platforms.

Estimated annual salary for this role may range from $152,627.00 to $174,930.00

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and launch new integrations capabilities that drive Recurly objectives around revenue growth and retention
  • Own, manage, and execute Recurly’s CRM and ERP integration roadmap
  • Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to validate customer-centric solutions prior to development
  • Rely on customer feedback, market research, and competitive intelligence to build customer-driven products and enhancements
  • Partner with Recurly engineering to identify the most efficient engineering paths, and work with engineering to extend the Recurly API to support new integration workflows 
  • Work with Sales, Sales Engineering, and Professional Services teams throughout deal processes to help customers understand how Recurly fits into their business system landscape, especially their Quote-to-Cash process
  • Serve as a subject matter expert to Recurlians on integration functionality

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in working with system integrations for a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience in productizing integrations to market
  • Experience in building integrations with the Salesforce.com platform
  • Deep understanding of API frameworks across B2B SaaS systems
  • Enjoys solving hard technical problems and possess a technical bent and can effectively communicate with our engineering teams, as well as our developer community
  • Team-oriented and able to collaborate with other stakeholders within the company to take an idea from conception to launch
  • Able to work in an incremental approach to solve large and complex integration problems
