The Role

Within just a couple of years, hyper-growth fueled by our SurveyMonkey Enterprise and SurveyMonkey Teams products has transformed our business. Come join the Multi-user product team at the center of this transformation and growth spurt as we continue on our mission to power the curious in organizations around the world!

As a Senior Product Manager on this team, you will be responsible for building the strategy and the roadmap that sets up users within Teams and Enterprise up for success — from inviting and onboarding new group members, to helping existing members manage their surveys and effectively collaborate across their organization.

Working with a cross-functional team of passionate engineers, designers, researchers and analysts, you will deliver a world-class experience for our SurveyMonkey Teams and Enterprise customers that provides value for our users and growth for the business.

We are looking for an experienced, customer-centric, data-driven, collaborative product manager, who can prioritize across multiple initiatives, manage cross-functional expectations and drive teams to deliver out-sized business and customer outcomes. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Define the product strategy and build the prioritized roadmap for the user onboarding, survey administration and management and collaboration in multi-user groups. 
  • Cultivate customer empathy and develop deep insights into customer needs and how our products can help them achieve better outcomes
  • Conduct market & user research, identify industry trends, undertake competitive analysis
  • Develop detailed product requirements, roll-out plans and help build effective GTM (go to market) plans for your products
  • Work with a cross-functional team of passionate engineers, data scientists, marketers, and product designers through iterative releases
  • Drive concept-to-launch execution of key features 
  • Define and conduct experiments to test out different hypotheses 
  • Actively seek out and analyze data (qualitative and quantitative) to validate assumptions and make better product decisions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 4+ years experience in Product Management at a technology company
  • Demonstrated success defining and shipping amazing products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and successfully handle ambiguity
  • Deep user empathy and ability to advocate for new features with both qualitative and quantitative reasoning
  • Strong business judgement and decision making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, make tradeoffs and get alignment around highest impact initiatives
  • Problem solver with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise fashion to technical and non-technical audiences 
  • Highly organized in thought, day-to-day execution and communication
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C experience preferred
  • Bachelor or Master degree in quantitative or engineering related field
