About the role:

The Navigation team focuses on two of the most pivotal experiences in healthcare: finding a doctor and paying for care.

From searching for the best-matched doctor for each patient, to managing appointments and medications, to understanding insurance plans and coverage, and getting help with bills, you’ll build products that take what is painful and disconnected about healthcare, and turn it into a seamless and empowering experience that makes it easier for our members to make good decisions and get the best possible care.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive the strategy and roadmap to make the most frequent and painful healthcare experiences easier
  • Deeply understand the needs of members and customers, and lead the team to deliver extraordinary solutions
  • Define the frameworks and metrics through which you will measure success, and monitor and analyze those metrics to track progress and inform prioritization
  • Partner with clinicians, user research, data science, and customer success to identify and prioritize initiatives that make our products market competitive, member-preferred, and maximally impactful
  • Identify and drive integrations with 3rd-party data, APIs and partners that can create more seamless and valuable member experiences
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle and lead team rituals inside of that development cycle

You might be a good fit if:

  • You have 4+ years of experience as a product manager building consumer/mobile products.
  • You have consumer product mastery. You can identify user problems, know what makes for a high-quality product, and are opinionated about what kinds of solutions will be successful.
  • You drive execution and meaningful impact against user and business problems. You break down complex problems, figure out where to start, and lead cross-functional teams to iteratively ship and deliver meaningful pact against user and business problems.
  • You’re comfortable with data. You analyze data to inform decisions and evaluate impact, but are aware of data’s limitations and are comfortable making decisions without always having the full picture.
  • You possess user empathy. You seek to understand your users, and unearth novel insights that lead you to creative solutions that address their needs.
  • You’re a strong communicator and collaborator. Verbally or in writing, with engineers or customer success, you create clarity and alignment.
  • You’re comfortable with technical complexity. You’re a systems thinker and understand high-level product architecture, and can engage in conversations about tradeoffs and navigate technical constraints to produce great experiences.
  • You’re passionate about changing how people experience healthcare.
