As a consumer-focused, ecommerce product manager, you will learn about our customer, launch experiments and deliver projects and features across our Ecommerce platform to drive customer engagement and conversion metrics. You'll work closely with the product management team and internal stakeholders, iterate fast in response to data, talk to customers to understand their needs, prioritize work & ideas, run experiments, launch new programs, and get a deep understanding of our platform in order to understand what's easy and what's hard.

YOUR IMPACT

• Drive a strategic product vision for our ecommerce platform
• Develop and execute a customer-focused product roadmap that delivers on OKRs
• Own the team's products from ideation through launch, scale and maintenance
• Translate customer needs into a clear, well-defined functional and technical requirements backed by data
• Create analytics and monitoring strategies that drive a continuous and iterative product development lifecycle

ABOUT YOU

• 7+ years of professional experience and 2+ years in a Consumer-focused Product Management role
• You have significant professional experience performing quantitative data analysis including statistics, and data retrieval (SQL)
• Very comfortable with behavioral and web analytics tools (e.g. Looker, Mixpanel, Fullstory, Google Analytics, etc.)
• You have experience with A|B testing and experimentation methodologies.
• You self identify as a technical person by way of experience or training.
• You have experience shipping world class experiences to millions of consumers
• Able to communicate succinctly and effectively, both in written and verbal forms
• You stay connected to the details and dive deep into operational insights
• You have practiced agile development and write clear requirements for engineering
• You can understand an architecture diagram and determine how the systems impact customer experience
