Amobee is looking for a Sr. Product Manager with experience in building advertising and/or data products. This position will work closely with data science and engineering teams to build predictive performance models, develop budget allocation and pacing controls that enable advertisers and agencies to achieve their campaign objectives across CTV, Video, Audio, Mobile, Display, and DOOH channels. This position will require creative thinking, a test and learn approach, and persistence to develop new methodologies for optimization that will work in a privacy-centric, cookieless world.


This position involves working effectively in a cross-functional environment to deliver high-quality products. This Sr. Product Manager will work very closely with other product managers, sales, product marketing, and an engineering team that is globally distributed.


We are offering this position fully remote, in-office (from any one of our US locations), and hybrid.


Responsibilities

  • Define and execute performance optimization roadmap for Amobee DSP, including predictive models, bid price valuation, budget allocation and optimization. 
  • Understand the needs of customers, the various personas, and how they use advertising platforms for their marketing goals.
  • Gather customer requirements, author product requirement documents, drive product development with data science and engineering teams, assist with product marketing, and provide pre-sales support and post-sales training while managing trade-offs and thoughtfully delivering solutions to complex problems.
  • Interface with the client-facing teams to understand the business requirements and use cases.
  • Define and execute the product roadmap, success metrics and set expectations with all relevant stakeholders including engineering and internal leadership teams.
  • Act as product lead in agile development teams, including sprint grooming, planning, feature/bug prioritization, and requirement definition.
  • Advocate and educate internal teams regarding new product features.
  • Build relationships with customers to garner feedback for the development of product offerings. Present products to internal and external customers at a senior level.
  • Be the visible advocate for your products internally and externally.
  • Contribute to product, go-to-market, and corporate strategy.
  • Define and prioritize user stories and product requirements for new features.
  • Ensure smooth release process, release notes, user documentation, and sales enablement.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Strong mathematical skills, familiarity with statistics and machine learning
  • Technical skills and demonstrated direct experience interacting with a technical audience, including software engineers and web developers
  • Must have shipped at least one product to market from inception
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage and collaborate with different groups and personalities to achieve progress

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in Adtech and/or high-volume data transactional service
