The Role

Come and lead the user facing product team as we build out our best in class AI chatbot. As a seasoned product manager as well as someone who may have clinical experience, you will work directly with Lark's VP of Product in researching and defining the product and roadmap, and will be responsible for the timely execution of that product.  You will use your experience delivery world class healthcare products to help Lark iterate on its current platform and achieve the engagement and utilization metrics you will own. In this role you will show up every day with a passion to serve your team and customers.

This position is intended for experienced PMs, and is not an entry-level role.

What You’ll Do

• Working with VP Product, develop product line strategic roadmap 
• Translate strategic roadmap to a set of tactically executable steps
• Create your own roadmap and OKRs that roll up to the company wide product vision and OKRs
• Proposed and implement features that drive engagement within Lark's application
• Provide product ownership of new program deployments (e.g. behavioral health, cardiovascular)
• Communicate both strategic and tactical roadmaps to key stakeholders
• Propose process improvements, mentor junior members of matrixed team and drive change in a rapidly changing organization
• Work closely with the engineering technical project manager to ensure design and product artefacts are delivered in a timely manner

What You’ll Need

• Practical knowledge of product management practices including roadmap development, concept validation, requirements definition, and feature prioritization
• A natural curiosity and a track record of solving problems
• Understanding of and experience in scaling start-ups to highly scaled organizations
• Keen attention to detail and good judgment for when something is “user-ready”
• Project management skills, including ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize
• Deep understanding of agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence or similar tools
• Able to derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data
• Ability to visualize consumer behavior through metrics
• Experience and passion for working within a design thinking organization
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

 Education and Experience

• 7 - 10 years experience in the healthcare space building digital products
• Has successfully released multiple products
• Understanding of what success and failure feel like from a product ownership perspective
• Related degree desirable (e.g. MD, NP, RN, Ph.D., MPH)

Working at Lark 

Lark offers the option to work remotely when both the employee and the job are suited to such an arrangement and when the employee and their manager are in alignment with the work location and working hours. This option is only applicable to U.S. employees. To accommodate all employees, we have identified the “core” period of the day during which all employees are required to work for scheduled meetings, syncs, scrums between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m. Pacific time.
