Delivery people are the lifeblood that power this magical experience and explosive growth of our business, and flexible earnings are the1 reason they're here. The Delivery Pricing team develops the pricing features, algorithms, product experiences and platforms, across the global delivery business.
What You'll Do
As a Product Manager for Delivery Pricing, you'll envision and execute on a strategy to create a predictable and motivating source of earnings for hundreds of thousands of delivery partners while driving an efficient business.
We have unique and tough challenges - How might we improve our real time pricing products given global needs and build new ones to adapt to dynamic market conditions? How should these pricing levers interact with the rest of our marketplace, on the eater side and dispatch? How do we communicate all of this in a simple way so delivery people understand their earnings opportunity?
This is a global role where you'll need to consider the local customer needs, cultural nuance, and competitive environments. It's also an incredible leadership opportunity where you'll not only build products with Engineering, Data Science, and Design, but also collaborate deeply with our Operations teams to impact the business PnL.
Basic Qualifications
• Product Experience: 5+ years of product management experience delivering highly successful and innovative products with your fingerprints all over them - and you're deeply proud of what you've accomplished.• Leadership Experience: Prior experience setting and delivering on a strategy you crafted, working with multiple cross-functional stakeholders and partners, while being accountable for outcomes.• Data chops: You find a way to get the data you need and whip it into an insightful story with no help. You know how to use this data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis.• Technical chops: you have collaborated with engineers in developing the technical architecture of the products you have built, and are comfortable discussing requirement and scope tradeoffs.• Strategic: You can craft a coherent product vision, multi-year strategy, and quarterly roadmap that your team and the business rallies behind.• Business-minded: You are passionate about building businesses, not features. You not only own the user metrics but also own and optimize business performance metrics.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working on marketplace products, especially pricing.• Experience working on ML-driven products.• Experience launching products across global markets.
