As a Senior Product Manager at Amplitude, you will collaborate with a smart, humble cross-functional team to create differentiated and thoughtful product experiences that delight our customers and help us grow our business. More specifically, you’ll be tasked with nurturing and growing a new source of revenue for Amplitude, defining and executing on a strategy to help our customers leverage the behavioral data they entrust Amplitude with to better personalize their products and engage their users.


In this role you will: 

  • Own a customer problem end-to-end: creating the vision, setting strategic direction, and successfully delivering key product outcomes
  • Be a partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customer success teams to develop, bring to market, and grow a new product line and source of revenue for Amplitude
  • Participate in research and testing (we spend lots of time talking directly to our customers!) to understand customer pain and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Use product analytics to understand how our customers use our platform and help guide the team’s decisions
  • Work closely with our partnerships team to build out a thriving ecosystem of partner products that allow our customers to leverage the behavioral data they entrust Amplitude with across all of their customer touchpoints


You’ll be a great addition to the team if you:

  • Have experience growing a successful product from its very early stages
  • Have a successful track record of collaborating cross-functionally to deliver great product experiences
  • Can tell compelling stories that inspire and motivate audiences
  • Are inquisitive and have a growth mindset; you’re eager to gather new information and develop new understandings of the world
  • Have experience or familiarity with marketing automation and engagement platforms, or feature flagging and A/B testing platforms


Not required, but it would be a plus if you:

  • Have worked closely with partnerships to scale out a products integrations
  • Have experience creating personalized products (or have managed a product to help other companies personalize their products)
  • Have a technical education (CS, EE, etc.) or equivalent work experience
