Senior Product Manager
The Senior Product Manager is the owner of the endpoint platform features and functionality from conception to post-launch monitoring and improvement. This includes ensuring the high quality of the systems so that our clients are assured of compliance to existing standards and regulations.
*This role can be based remotely on the East Coast.
Responsibilities:
- Primary point of contact for all questions related to endpoint product requirements.
- Deeply understand our customers' needs, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
- Champion our internal & external customers' needs to inform product strategy and roadmap.
- Create, maintain, and monitor business requirements for product(s) appropriately managing change control throughout the product lifecycle.
- Create, maintain and monitor product requirements, appropriately managing change control from conception to post-launch monitoring and improvement.
- Synthesize internal and external user feedback in the creation and maintenance of product requirements.
- Create, maintain, and monitor risk assessment for product(s) appropriately managing change control throughout the enhancement process
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to fully evaluate the benefits, cost, and return of endpoint products.
- Continually evaluate product backlog for technical feasibility and priority within the product roadmap.
- Accountable to ensure training processes and materials are available and aligned to the corresponding user profile.
- Accountable to ensure that endpoint products and their development adhere to regulatory standards, including generation of appropriate Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Assist in the definition and implementation of internal and external messages and communications around each product release.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and/or appropriate working experience
Experience:
- 4-7 years’ experience in a software Product development role, with a proven ability to understand technical concepts.
- Strong ability to understand technical software concepts.
- An excruciatingly high-level of attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to multi-task.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a wide variety of professionals.
- Previous experience working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment preferred.
- Prior experience in clinical IRT/RTSM/IXRS is preferred.
