eero's Product Managers are responsible for curating the consumer experience of our products and services. In this role, you will be leading our software roadmap working with a cross-functional team spanning engineering, design, marketing, sales and more. You will be responsible for driving the vision and roadmap of core platform and rf features to enable new ways for customers to experience eero. Some days you will be down in the details with your engineers, and others you will be dreaming up new products to solve problems customers didn’t realize they had. This is a broad role, requiring technical savvy, curiosity, confidence, and drive. This is a role in a small independent team that is part of a larger organization providing opportunities to help build an efficient product organization. Sound exciting? Great! We thought so too.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify key customer pain points and needs to deliver the best connectivity solutions available.
  • Define product requirements for the core networking and RF features to solve connectivity pain points.
  • Inspire our external partners and internal teams with a vision and strategy for winning.
  • Work broadly across design, engineering, PM, data, and sales to deliver thoughtful and well designed products.
  • Partner closely with sales, BD to gather feedback, analyze data and use your instincts to understand our customers.

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • Ability to drive what matters. You never lose sight of the critical path and can inspire others to follow it.
  • Amazing Wi-Fi knowledge. Understand what it takes to deliver a quality Wi-Fi experience. Wi-FI concepts should be intimately understood and internalized. Mesh knowledge is a plus.
  • Deep networking knowledge.
  • Interest in investigating new ideas and fundamentally different products. Maturity to realize that not all of those will come to market.
  • Stellar product intuition. You’re able to see around corners. You are proactive, not reactive. You recognize long-range risks and know how to mitigate them. You may even be part psychic.
  • Excellent collaboration skills. A great team can do anything. You know how build trust and mediate disputes between cross-functional teams. You relentlessly communicate and encourage collaboration.
  • Keen eye for product design, quality and reliability.
  • Unending curiosity. You get excited about things you don’t know. You ask lots of questions and go searching for answers. Geeking out is part of what makes it fun to come to work.
  • BS or equivalent.
