Senior Product Marketing Manager, Trello Enterprise
Atlassian can hire people in any country where we have a legal entity, assuming candidates have eligible working rights and a sufficient timezone overlap with their team. As our offices re-open, Atlassians can choose to work remotely or return to an office, unless it’s necessary for the role to be performed in the office. Interviews and onboarding are conducted virtually, a part of being a distributed-first company.
Job description
Trello, part of Atlassian’s suite of collaboration tools, is the visual work management tool that powers over 1 million productive teams worldwide. Atlassian is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to join the Trello team, with a focus on accelerating our go-to-market strategy in the enterprise space.
Our ideal candidate is a customer-focused marketer who is ready to own sales enablement, lead GTM campaigns, and be the voice of “Why Trello Enterprise” for our largest customers and prospects. Are you comfortable building a dedicated enablement program and being the market guide for Sales and Product teams? Do you enjoy working cross-functionally in an agile work environment? Then you’ll be an awesome fit for this PMM role.
Success in this role looks like:
- Own the global enterprise enablement strategy across collateral creation and evergreen training; working closely with Sales teams to drive ales readiness and deal success
- Own go-to-market launches and communications of new features via strategic collaboration with Product Management
- Create and maintain collateral that spans the customer lifecycle across open deals (ex. pitch decks, battle cards, demos) as well as retention (ex. onboarding assets, help guides)
- Inform our positioning (and our teams) with competitive and market intelligence
- Uncover new opportunities to expand our reach through activating Atlassian’s partner and reseller networks
- Measure program impact on metrics such as closed/won rates and accelerating sales cycles
- Support the growth of Trello in a flexible capacity, ready to partner on feature launches and larger integrated marketing campaigns where needed
If you don’t meet 100% of the above qualifications, you should still consider applying. Studies show that meeting just 50% of a role’s requirements puts you in the running.
More about you:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing and/or supporting sales teams
- B2B, SaaS, or enterprise experience preferred
- Experience working with and training sales teams to communicate product value to buyers
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Cross-functional aptitude working across teams ranging from Sales, Marketing, and Product on a shared vision and goals
