Senior Product Operations Manager, AdRoll
NextRoll is seeking a Senior Product Operations Manager to drive operational effectiveness across our rapidly growing AdRoll Product, Design, and Engineering (PDE) organization. As Senior Product Operations Manager, you’ll play a crucial role in helping the AdRoll PDE organization to operate seamlessly, transparently, and drive accountability by establishing processes, tools, measurable goals, and cross-team communication streams. You’ll be a key driver in helping AdRoll and our customers succeed while enabling our AdRoll PDE organization to scale and grow.
This role is open in our San Francisco, New York, Salt Lake City offices, or Remote.

The impact you’ll make:
- Define and standardize the product development process from discovery to launch to ensure increased enablement, rigor, and consistency
- Collaborate on the governance of critical initiatives through standardizing the communication process, meeting cadence, and update format improving cross-functional transparency and visibility
- Define and partner with key stakeholders to align on roles and responsibilities across the product development process and critical initiatives to ensure clear ownership, collaboration, and accountability
- Be a meaningful driver to ensure accountability in delivering on the defined frameworks, processes, and governance
- Partner with Product Managers, Product Analytics, Business Analytics, and FP&A to establish meaningful product goals, track success towards set goals, and evaluate results in order to improve our operations
- Help AdRoll’s PDE organization grow in continuous product discovery and product velocity
- Be the connective tissue between the Product Organization, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales to understand cross-functional dependencies, knowledge gaps, and opportunities
- Work closely with the Chief of Staff overseeing the Office of the CTO, and AdRoll’s PDE Leadership spanning the VP of Product, VP of Design, and VP of Engineering; to effectively operate in ways that meet the needs of the entire BU as represented by BU President
- Help the AdRoll VP Product operate effective bi-weekly Product Review Meetings and other strategic objectives
Skills you’ll bring:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 7+ years of experience in operations, product management, project or program management
- Experience in SaaS-based technologies and platforms, knowledge of the Marketing Technology space an added plus
- Strong written, and verbal communication skills that can effectively communicate up and down the organization
- Ability to build relationships with key members across the organization
- Meaningful active listening skills to keep a constant pulse on the organization to identify challenges, and gaps that create opportunities for improvement
- Data-driven thinker and analytical mindset across both quantitative and qualitative data
- A “get it done” mentality; A self-starter with a discipline for defining priorities, driving decisions, and getting closure on tasks and projects
