Director, Product Management Continuous Features - Remote

The Harness Software Delivery Platform includes Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Continuous Efficiency, Continuous Verification, and Continuous Features. The platform is designed to help companies accelerate their cloud initiatives as well as their adoption of containers and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Amazon ECS.

Harness is looking for a Director, Product Management to drive the definition, development and adoption of Continuous Features, a feature flag management product. The product helps developers deliver software faster to production and empowers business accelerate feature adoption.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Building the product from idea to scale and owning all aspects of Product Management
- Define product requirements engaging with customers and articulating needs
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, support and field teams to drive successful product release and adoption
- Collaborate with product marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content requirement
ABOUT YOU
- At least 8 years of experience in product management
- Strong experience with building cloud services or SaaS technologies
- Solid understanding of AWS, GCP, Kubernetes and/or similar cloud infrastructure stacks
- Experience with Feature Flag management products such as LaunchDarkly, Split etc is a bonus
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written
- Strong analytical skills and data driven product decision-making mindset

- Software development lifecycle methods (e.g. waterfall, Agile/scrum) and typical process steps
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (e.g. EE, CS); MBA or similar degree highly preferred
