Join Rally Health as Sr. Product Manager Analytics and Reporting Strategy, where you’ll establish direction of the product reporting for the largest country’s largest tobacco cessation program, Quit for Life. You will work with several teams, including: Research, Analytics, Reporting, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Account Management.  You'll report to our Sr. Director, Product Strategy.

You Will: 

• You'll design and drive data reporting strategy by working with clients, product, research and reporting teams to demonstrate product value and outcomes.
• Represent product analytics and the business with high priority customers, consultants, government entities and other executive level external partners.
• You'll lead and maintain execution of a product analytics roadmap.
• Develop requirements, data analysis and wireframe documents to support business, customer and reporting development efforts.

You Have: 

• Bachelor’s degree, and 5+ years work experience with product or program analytics or consulting.
• Expertise in health services program evaluation, behavioral sciences, or tobacco control.
• Experience with complex concepts and situations, including the ability to link strategic direction to daily tactical activities. 
• Successful track record to produce outcomes, both as a manager and contributor.
