We have the following exciting opportunity within the WishX team:

Sr. Product Manager, Partnerships

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage input from Business Development team to localize and enhance Wish merchant and consumer UI/UX and modify marketplace policy structure to grow 3P merchant base in US, EU, LATAM 

  • Work with design and engineering teams to launch features that will enhance the buyer experience such as improved keyword search and search filters/sort, promotions/discounts, customer service/returns programs, additional payment options and payments fraud management

  • Quantitatively analyze product features and marketing/merchandising with goal of diversifying merchant base, growing sales in new verticals (CPG, Automotive, etc), and improving buyer retention and customer lifetime value

  • Work with Data Science team to better match supply and demand and develop consumer segmentation approach to grow sales for branded goods and new verticals (such as CPG and Automotive) and expand adoption of expedited shipping programs

  • Work with Logistics, Payments, Customer Support and other teams to improve the end-to-end transaction experience on Wish

  • Work with channel partners to build API integrations to Wish platform

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required; MBA preferred

  • 4-7 years of experience in international business/growth strategy in product management in consumer focused environment

  • Experience with eCommerce, online merchandising, logistics, payments and customer support

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, detail oriented and data driven approach to problem solving

  • Not afraid to roll up sleeves to work hands on to achieve business goals

  • Passionate can-do attitude. Not afraid to try, learn and improve. Able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
