Join Rally Health as a Product Manager in the Core team, where you will manage eligibility and authorization platform for the Rally ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Product Manager and will work with engineers, product managers, account managers and external partners to build member data and access management products. You are willing to stay on top of health care and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings and being able to speak your opinions.

You will:

  • Oversee feature development for member data and authorization platform from ideation to value delivery
  • Create detailed analyses to provide relevant product requirements with internal product team and stakeholders
  • Work through scrum process with super motivated engineers, project managers and QA folks
  • Work with Engineering to lead product requests and build enhancements adding to a product culture of development and rapid test and learn
  • Collect partner technical requirements
  • Build relationships with partners, including other Product Teams, Security, Legal, Customer Support, Client Implementations, Data Teams, and more

You have:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA or CS related Master's degree preferred)
  • 2+ years of successful technical and backend platform product management experience as a product manager or technical product manager.
  • 1+ years of experience of managing API and data integration 
  • 2+ years of experience presenting to all level audiences
  • The ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and develop business cases
  • Experience as a product manager in healthcare is highly desired
