The Marketplace & Logistics team is the entry point for millions of merchants from all over the world who interact and sell through our platform. We deliver on many large scale initiatives which include integration, payment processing, logistics and fulfillment, and tracking to name a few. Whether it be delivering a platform to onboard new merchants in new geographies, improving our returns process, or scaling our logistics practice to process more than 3 million transactions per day, you will be able to impact the business on a global scale.

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can own the strategy for and the implementation of features that enable these merchants to sell products to customers worldwide. This role is ideal for someone who has a technical background and enjoys being “hands on” to build something awesome. You will be embedded within our Engineering teams to deliver impactful initiatives that continue to grow globally!

What you will be doing:

  • Define and drive full life cycle product and service development 
  • Lead cross-team initiatives, work closely with product, engineering and data science teams in highly data driven manner
  • Partner with internal operations to develop world class support for Wish
  • Coordinate the API integration conversation with our engineering team and carrier and 3rd party tracking service provider.
  • Understand our tracking related issues and propose new solutions
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user interaction diagrams
  • Present project initiatives to upper-level management
  • Define and analyze metrics that measure the value and success using SQL, Python scripts, and statistical techniques.

What you have done:

  • Undergrad study focused on Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related fields
  • Demonstrated the ability to successfully work with engineering teams
  • Proficient hands-on experience with SQL and Python, with strong knowledge of statistical techniques
  • Solid understanding of data with the knowledge of utilizing data to drive product development and help make decisions
  • Solid experience in data visualization and data reporting using Excel
  • Ability to use SQL to extract relevant data for data analysis and setting KPIs
  • Proficient in managing stakeholders and stakeholder expectations, prioritization, and end to end delivery including the launch
  • Previous experience in A/B testing as well as interactive prototyping
  • Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders, manage stakeholder relationships and prioritize stakeholder requests.
