We are seeking a motivated and experienced Vice President of Product to join our collaborative team, working to think strategically across our product and product operations teams. As the Vice President of Product you will help envision, define, and design the future of Evidation’s products, while always maintaining a user-centered approach.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a broad organizational product leader throughout the company, and build lasting alignment around clear product directions, priorities, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage exceptional product management and product operations teams. Recruit and hire best-in-class team members, and create team structures that enable continued success and growth.
  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a deep understanding of user needs, market needs, and company goals.
  • Ensure the product management and product operation teams’ ability to execute consistently, rapidly, and effectively at scale and with high quality. Manage and set aspirational goals for these teams across Evidation that clearly tie to company goals and milestones.
  • Set a tone for a strong product culture, and foster collaboration, creativity, and ownership on your teams.
  • Manage cross-functional stakeholders (internal/external) and resolve organizational blockers that affect product development and delivery. Balance the needs for implementation/delivery work with partners with evolving the core product needs
  • Solve complex and ambiguous product challenges to create engaging products that create value for members, study participants, partners, and Evidation.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 15+ years experience in product management in software companies
  • 10+ years experience managing and growing product teams with humility
  • Proven ability to take complex products from concept to the hands of users. Recognized industry leader in consumer products and enterprise products. Prior experience in health-tech or data products preferred.
  • Excellent command of product processes and tools, as well as solid technical understanding of large, distributed software systems
  • Exceptional product intuition and problem solving skills, with a self-starter mentality
  • Desire to be a great thought partner with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment, with comfort navigating ambiguity autonomously
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills when conveying product decisions and working collaboratively with designers, engineers, and other team members ship excellent product on time
