VP of Product, AdRoll
NextRoll is seeking a Vice President of Product to drive the strategy and execution of the AdRoll Business Unit (BU) products. The AdRoll BU serves the needs of ambitious B2C marketers, specifically tailored towards D2C (Direct To Consumer) brands. In this role, you will define a winning SaaS product strategy and roadmap for AdRoll and will lead a team of talented product managers in executing the strategy such that it delivers meaningful growth to our customers’ business and therefore to AdRoll’s. This position can be based in San Francisco, Salt Lake City, New York or remote.

The impact you’ll make:
- You will define & execute the AdRoll BU product strategy using market-focused insight to uncover creative solutions to customer problems
- Based on a deep understanding of the market and competition, you will define milestones for product releases such that these lead to significant adoption and revenue for the BU
- Collaborating with product marketing and other business unit leaders, you will craft a compelling go-to-market strategy for the products, including, but not limited to defining how the products will be packaged and priced
- You are the voice of the customer: deeply understanding the customer and their needs through empathy, research, customer visits & other interactions with partners
- Evangelizing & energizing the BU and the company with a real passion for the product, you will partner with leaders across engineering, sales, marketing and operations to align the product roadmap with commercial activities leading to increased customer adoption & BU revenue
- You will build, coach and mentor a talented team of hardworking product managers to ensure motivation, accountability and cohesion of efforts along product lines
Skills you’ll bring:
- BS/MS; technical background preferred
- 12+ years of product management experience, including 6+ years of experience hiring and developing a multi-level team of product managers and directors
- Experience building and shipping consumer-first, delightful SaaS products, with quantifiable revenue impact; Martech experience preferred
- Outstanding written, verbal communication & presentation abilities; can effectively summarize results & craft the “what does this mean for us” analysis
- A “get it done” attitude with a bias toward action; self-starter with discipline for defining priorities, driving decisions & getting closure on tasks and projects
- Passion for talking with customers and strong sense of customer empathy
