Job Description:

 

Help shape and execute our vision of Zoom Phone to deliver the most delightful and empowering communications experience to our users. As a Zoom Phone Product Manager, you will help drive our strategy and execution into this modern cloud PBX solution. In this role you will focus on delivering analytics to help our customers gain insights, make data driven decisions, easily troubleshoot, proactively prepare for what will happen and what needs to be done. You will have the opportunity to identify the business need, build a roadmap, and deliver on the backlog of priorities. Responsibilities:

  • Execute product strategy and requirements for Zoom's unified collaboration platform, specifically focused on analytics for Zoom Phone business telephony solutions. Help our customers to make better data driven decisions.

  • Use your deep understanding of communications and collaboration market to meet and exceed customer needs. Make the complex, simple. Make the challenging, easy. Make the tedious, disappear. 

  • Facilitate integration with third-party applications, platforms, and go-to-market partners when that's the best path and a great way to deliver customer value. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, sales, support, and customer success teams to ensure the product is well positioned, well understood, and well supported.

  • Define and prioritize product features and enhancements to delight customers. 

  • Translate customer needs into well-defined user stories, business requirements and functional requirements.

  • Own, define and groom product backlogs, working hand-in-hand with development and design teams to drive agile delivery. 

  • Track product KPIs and analyze product usage data to identify trends and reveal requirements that can best enable customer happiness.

  • Be the leading expert on your product. Actively evaluate competitive and adjacent products. Understand industry trends and evolutions. Work closely with leading customers and stakeholders

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Science (e.g. CS, EE) or Business

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience

  • Familiar with product lifecycle management

  • Domain knowledge and industry experience with Telecom, unified communications & collaboration or adjacent markets

  • Self-starter with drive and demonstrated ability to execute and deliver product solutions in an innovative and fast paced environment is a must. 

  • Experience with Agile processes and driving agile/scrum teams

  • Excellent communication skills. Influence. Inspire. Simplify. Tell the Story. Drive decisions with focus and clarity.

  • Passionate about continuous learning, growing, succeeding, and sharing it with all those around you. 

  • Experience in analytics, machine learning or partnership management is a plus
