SentinelOne is looking for a dynamic and experienced Global Channel Enablement Lead to drive the training and enablement strategy and programs for our Channel Partners.  This role reports into our Head of Education & Enablement and plays a critical role in driving the success of our growing and important channel partner ecosystem.   The Global Channel Enablement Lead will work cross-functionally with sales, channel, product, services and marketing to develop and drive enablement programs aimed at partner success.  

Key responsibilities include:

  • Expand and drive our global channel partner enablement strategy and programs.
  • Ensure Partners stay up to date with the right content, enablement and training.
  • Expand and drive channel enablement accreditation and certification programs to ensure partners have the knowledge and skills around the key areas of sales, presales, deployment, support and customer success.
  • Act as liaison between our internal GTM enablement teams and the Channel team to ensure partner programs mirror and leverage internal programs and initiatives.  
  • Work with Regional Channel Teams to develop and deliver regional channel programs. 
  • Work directly with Channel Partners to solicit feedback and identify requirements for enablement content and programs.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of Channel Enablement and look for areas of improvement and expansion.

Key Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years experience in Security related Channel Enablement and/or Channel Programs.
  • Strong experience driving cross-functional programs.
  • Solid understanding of effective channel partner strategy within enterprise technology.
  • Solid experience developing and delivering digital and in-person training programs and content. 
  • Experience working in Cyber Security.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
  • Proven project management/operational skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
