RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex business and technology solutions for the client.
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors which are implemented by the team.
  • Interact with client or internal management.
  • Design new business processes based on customer requirements, conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings.
  • Identify the organizational impacts related to a specific change in process, technology, or other project change and develop the change management plan.
  • Drive process performance improvement, diagnosing the problem, planning and leading the transformation.
  • Understand stakeholder engagement, organization alignment, change planning, change measurement and communication requirements for large-scale transformations.
  • Participate in the selection, design, and implementation of technology-enabled business solutions for clients.
  • Develop the vision and strategy for investment to business transformation. Define business case and roadmap to enhance and expand capabilities to enable strategy.
  • Optimize revenue and Cost Management-Help client drive top-line revenue growth and/ or bottom-line margins. Identify and implement strategic and tactical initiatives based on intense analysis which identify appropriate revenue and cost management opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

  • 1-2 years of progressively responsible experience in a management consulting environment. Helpful to have worked within the Life Sciences industry
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients
  • Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur
  • Knowledge of and experience in the introduction of Emerging Technologies
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability and interest in expanding client accounts; developing new business opportunities
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to interface and build relationships with senior level business stakeholders
  • Practical experience and understanding of the entire SDLC. Project management is preferred
  • Effective and professional communication skills
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree is required
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
