WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Within our Life Sciences Business Consulting practice, advise, lead and work on high impact activities within the systems development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself
  • Decompose key business problems to identify value areas and structure and implement complex business and technology solutions for the client
  • Deliver advisory services in support of technology enabled business change
  • Identify and assess complex problems and create solutions that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors to be implemented by the team
  • Supervise a team of consultants
  • Design new business processes based on customer requirements, conduct user review sessions and run stakeholder agreement meetings
  • Implement programs that prepare the organization for implementation of new business processes
  • Identify the organizational impacts related to a specific change in process, technology, or any other project change and develop the change management plan
  • Drive process performance improvement, diagnosing the problem, planning and leading the transformation
  • Collaborate with senior management at client and/or within EPAM, on matters such as aligning on target business outcomes and approachesDesign solutions for moderate to complex organizational change challenges
  • Lead consulting engagements; responsible for creating detailed project work plans, managing activities and deliverables and providing feedback to team members and to client stakeholders
  • Support pursuit, proposal development and costing management activities. Assist team in pre-sales activities. Deliver client presentations, workshops and work products
  • Identify new business development opportunities as appropriate
  • Proactively develop expertise in Life Sciences and Healthcare to increase your knowledge base and capabilities. Be aware of specific trends and challenges within the Life Sciences and Healthcare sectors as they relate to our clients business challenges
  • Revenue Optimization and Cost Management-help client drive top-line revenue growth and/ or bottom-line margins

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Minimum of five to ten years of progressively responsible experience in Management Consulting within Health and Life Sciences. A blend of corporate and management consulting experience is also acceptable
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients
  • Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur
  • An understanding of how to apply emerging technology solutions to Life Sciences processes
  • Executive level communication skills are required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proven ability to expand/grow accounts and develop new business opportunities
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to interface and build relationships with senior level business stakeholders
  • Practical experience and understanding of the entire SDLC. Project management is preferred
  • Minimum of a Bachelor Degree. Additional education is appreciated
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
