The Role

Lyra Health is seeking an experienced customer marketing professional to contribute to the growth of our existing customer advocacy and marketing programs. This team member will be crucial for making Lyra Health customers central to our brand and go-to-market strategies. Lyra Health customers are some of the world’s most recognized companies, pioneering new and innovative approaches to mental health care for their employees. 


In close collaboration with the Senior Manager, Customer Advocacy, and other members of the Lyra Health team, this individual will build authentic, trusted relationships with our customers along with a world-class advocacy program that includes a customer advisory board, go-to-market reference support, strategic content, webinars, events, recognition, and other market activities. The individual in this role will have the opportunity to help build new and creative programs that drive customer loyalty and ultimately increase access to mental health care.

What You'll Do

  • Develop strong, authentic, mutually valuable working relationships with executive and C-level customers
  • Partner with other teams across Lyra Health including Sales, Partners, Product, and Customer Success to develop customer advocacy plans and programs
  • Lead the content preparation and execution of customer-focused webinars and other go-to-market assets
  • Contribute to founding and ongoing success of Customer Advisory Board and other customer roundtable events, cross-organizationally
  • Engage customers in high-impact marketing programs and events as well as internal gatherings of Lyra Health teams
  • Develop and implement sales enablement resources and thought leadership content focused on customer stories across multiple media channels to support go-to-market programs
  • Support members of the field organizations directly with reference discovery, tracking, and connections
  • Collaborate with go-to-market teams to design and implement creative programs to add value to existing customer partnerships and promote customer focus across Lyra

Requirements

  • At least 2 years working in a marketing, corporate communications, customer success or other role that involves close partnership with customer advocates
  • Experience working with senior executives, both internally and externally
  • Passion for working in collaboration with customers to understand their needs, develop their stories, and build relationships that support their success
  • Proven track record for collaboration across internal teams, both leading and supporting multiple stakeholders
  • Strong storytelling and communications skills with the ability to distill complex information into clear, engaging content across multiple media types
