Job Description
Data Quality and Governance Team
Data quality is foundational and integral to our business success and strategic transformational initiatives. The new Data Quality and Governance Office is being formed to ensure ServiceNow's DATA enables the foundation for growth, speed, scale, and amazing experiences. Every day we partner cross-functionally to build quality, trust, and confidence in our data. Working closely with our IT Partners we will be driving Master Data Strategy, Efficient Data Operations, and Data Governance maturity. Our approach is to Think Big, Start Small, and Move Fast!
Role
The Data Governance Office Program Manager will be responsible for the overall smooth operation of the program office. You will work closely the program office leadership to define and coordinate all program activities and outbound communications.
What you get to do in this role:
- You will be the overall program manager for the Data Quality and Governance Office
- Lead Data Quality and Governance Office business engagement and communications strategy, including newsletters, roundtable sessions, process training etc.
- Consolidate roadmaps, business requirements, and project deliverables, and status reporting for team initiatives
- Coordinate and facilitate key cross-functional team meetings and councils
- Own and coordinate the team metrics tracking and reporting strategy
- Own and coordinate team annual planning and project budgets
- Own and coordinate team content and collateral repository
- Support business engagement for stewardship domain and data ownership across functions
- Develop strategy, detailed organizational planning and logistical execution of all major team events for the group (all hands, team meetings, QBR, offsites, etc.)
- Help unlock significant business value from our data assets
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have
- 10+ years of experience
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills appropriate to all levels of the company
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to organize, lead, facilitate and document cross-functional meetings that include executive stakeholders
- Ability to establish and maintain business relationships in a highly virtual and global environment
- Experience driving and managing complex multi-function programs
- Experience writing and publishing broad communications and newsletters
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills and can-do approach even in stressful situations
- Possesses and communicates passion and energy for data strategy and quality

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
