Design Team Project Manager - Remote

Clari is looking for a talented Project Manager to manage the process and project intake for our internal Marketing Design team. This person will play a vital role in making sure the work produced by our world-class designers is properly scoped, scheduled, prioritized, and delivered on time and under budget. They will also work to fine-tune the creative request process, set expectations with requesters and project owners, and resource manage outside contributors.

This is a fully remote, work-from-home, opportunity and we will consider candidates anywhere in the Western or Central Time zone.
Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining the queue of work for our in-house design team as well as external resources
- Working cross-functionally with all teams and departments within Clari to prioritize, track, triage, and organize workload for the design team
- Setting expectations with and maintaining a positive relationship with all design stakeholders
- Training/coaching and continued education company-wide around requesting support from the design team
- Work with all teams to build upon/improve our current process
- Proactively maintaining work in the queue to continually move things through to completion and work with stakeholders to adjust timelines if the information is not provided in time
- Document metrics around workload and report quarterly to the CD
- Communicate with internal and external clients to provide visibility around upcoming roadmap and planning project activations
- Identify resource requirements, required skill sets, and allocation of external resources when needed
- Effectively manage conflict negotiation and project escalation
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience working with design teams and are familiar with programs, design language, and good at interpreting it to others outside of design
- Asana mastery is highly preferred
- Comfortable creating new processes and/or working within existing ones
- Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and manage multiple (and sometimes moving) responsibilities
- Agency experience but prefers an in-house design team
- Experience working with outside agencies and vendors (IE: Photographers, Animators, Illustrators, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and is kind, specific, and effective in communicating and negotiating with clients
