eCommerce Operations, Brands Initiative 

 

Wish has an amazing opportunity available for an experienced eCommerce Operations Professional to support a new line of business for our fast growing e-commerce platform. This new-in-kind role will be responsible for maintaining our branded goods storefronts, with a focus on creating product listings that deliver a smooth and seamless online customer experience helping accelerate online sales. 

 

The ideal candidates will have experience in manipulating data via Excel for eCommerce Operations and be ready to work in an entrepreneurial & creative environment. Wish is seeking individuals who can work autonomously, with the ability to help build a business.

What you'll do

  • Join as early team member to help build out eCommerce processes and instill merchandising best practices
  • Initial focus will be on consistently creating product listings and optimizing our merchandising process
  • Leverage internal and external data to cross-shop and make sure our listings are market competitive in product presentation, categorization, promotions, and trends
  • Analyze listing process to help guide buying decisions and deliver process insights and recommendations
  • Support buying, planning, and other internal teams in branded product sales & fulfillment execution
  • Role can grow to encompass demand forecasting, inventory management, and replenishment analysis and processes

Who you are

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of relevant (and ideally, similar) experience, including an e-Commerce background
  • Superior Excel / Sheets skills are a hard requirement (must know V-Lookups & Pivot tables)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a data driven approach to problem solving and experience using analysis, reporting and forecasting to gather data for the purpose of making business decisions
  • Smart, detail-oriented, and relentlessly resourceful with a proven ability to be scrappy and hit the ground running
  • Excellent organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Knowledge of the online shopping industry, particularly with marketplaces & marketplace sellers
  • Passionate team player with a can do attitude.
  • Not afraid to try, learn, and improve, ability to work independently and in a fast paced team environment.
