The Education Program Manager is a motivated and passionate Learning Professional responsible for providing exceptional customer experience to students learning the Sage Intacct product. The initial program of responsibility is to help define and launch our strategy for video creation best practices, cross-functional coordination and prioritization of video assets, and operational tasks related to the management of our digital video catalog.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and promote collaboration between Curriculum, Documentation, and Product Management to assess and prioritize video requests and needs
  • Catalog and manage all technical training video assets
  • Coordinate efforts on video development and release cross-functionally, creating processes to maximize content re-use across teams
  • Drive release video production to completion, including communication of deadlines and status to stakeholders
  • Collect, analyze, and present metrics and student feedback to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities
  • Assist in defining standards, style, tools, and best practices for video production and inclusion/publishing of video content through a variety of channels
  • Curate, develop, and edit video content as needed in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Attend and lead business planning meetings as needed
  • Perform additional tasks as required
  • Manage additional education programs as required

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of Instructional Design experience with video production and authoring tools such as TechSmith Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or Articulate Storyline required
  • 2+ years of project or program management experience with a track record of managing successful delivery required
  • Experience with technical training, preferably in a SaaS environment, is required
  • Bachelor degree preferred
  • Experience with video hosting platforms, such as Wistia, YouTube, or Litmos LMS, is required
  • Must possess exceptional organization, time management, verbal/written communication skills, and ability to prioritize
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to proactively identify and communicate any gaps, redundancies or roadblocks at a process and program level
  • Analytical, detail-and-process-oriented mindset, but with an eye for creative, out-of-the-box solutions as well
  • A hunger to get work done well and quickly - you hang your hat on your work ethic and are comfortable leading by example
  • Experience with accounting principles and financial software is desired
