Electromechanical Sourcing Manager

We are seeking a Sourcing Manager for our Electromechanical commodity to support the design & manufacturing of our networking hardware. In this role, you will own and drive the strategy for electromechanical commodity sourcing including the commercial, operational and technical performance of the supplier base partners. You will manage the quality, product and material availability, and cost that spans across all product lines.
You Will:
- Lead supplier sourcing/selection activities for complete product life cycle
- Establish and execute a commodity sourcing strategy
- Influence cross-functional decisions with EM suppliers’ roadmaps in mind
- Manage supplier relationships to optimize quality, cost, responsiveness, and timely delivery
- Manage Cost and Agreement negotiations
- Ensure supply continuity, support critical shortage mitigation and drive to resolution
- Conduct Annual Business Reviews and manage Supplier Performance
- Team up with SQE to perform manufacturing site audits
- Support Quality team for any quality-related issue or improvements
- Maintain knowledge of market trends including cost structures and key components
You Have:
- BS/MBA in Supply Chain/Operations or a related technical field
- 10+ years of Sourcing experience in Interconnect, PSU or PCB commodity
- Technology management and demonstrated experience managing supplier performance
- Familiarity with the hardware development process
- Ability to influence, negotiate, build consensus and make key strategic decisions
- Able to travel up to 20%, international
