The Engineering Program Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to standardize release criteria, schedule SDLC reviews, build metrics, and improve engineering processes for Sage Intacct. 

Responsibilities:

• Organize, Assist and standardize end to end release criteria for all of Sage Intacct Engineering
• Schedule regular SDLC reviews – Release Planning and coordination, Dependency tracking, Engineering Scrum of scrum's, Release sign off, Sprint demo's etc.
• Build metrics facilitating engineering organization with planning, velocity tracking and KPI's
• Partner with engineering, product, and business leadership to build highly collaborative teams and to enhance communication across teams and stakeholder
• Collaborate across engineering, product and design to improve processes and to establish best practices
• Work with engineering operations and engineering leadership on negotiating, working with vendors on third party software

Requirements:

• BS or MS in Computer Science or relevant fields
• 4+ years' experience in project/program management, release management, or a technical support function
• Excellent communication skills
• Expertise in the software release lifecycle, using agile development processes and tools
• Able to influence, negotiate and inspire others in a matrixed environment
• Excellent organization, planning skills, and attention to detail
• Experience with change management systems, test frameworks, and build systems 
• Analytical experience with delivering metrics and reports to leadership and cross-functional teams
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical globally distributed colleagues
