What are we looking for? 

SentinelOne is seeking an Indirect Procurement Senior Manager. The individual must have a track record of working in a high paced environment. This role will work cross-functionally with all levels in the organization to manage the end to end procurement process. Someone who enjoys improving processes while managing the day to day requisition to purchase order process will thrive in this role. 

What will you do? 

• Own the Procurement function at SentinelOne and work-cross functionally to establish the right framework processes
• Compile KPI, analytics and reporting to track progress against strategic goals
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to optimize cost, terms or other service level benefits
• Support RFP processes and build methods of assessing the best suppliers
• Build relationships with key vendors and cultivate these partnerships
• Partner with process stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize Procure-to-Pay workflow
• Steward purchase requests through procurement workflow (E2E cycle efficiency monitoring, process improvements and troubleshooting when required)
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures including adherence to contract terms and approval processes

What skills and knowledge should you bring? 

• Multi-year experience working for enterprise caliber companies in a procurement function
• Previous positions need to demonstrate an aptitude for strong data analytics, process framework development, KPI creation and execution, and strategic/negotiation competency when dealing with partners
• Strong background / partnership with finance, IT and legal business partners
