About the Role
As an Integration Specialist, you will use your web development skills to integrate Afterpay’s payment platform on Merchant websites, and your problem-solving skills to provide outstanding customer support to solve live merchants’ issues.
We are looking for someone who regularly goes above and beyond to provide the best possible service and relevant solutions to our merchants.
What You'll Do
-Become an expert on Afterpay’s Integration options and how to best deploy them
-Act as the merchant’s initial point of contact for all production issues
-Provide technical support to merchants via email and web-based tools
-Advise merchants regarding the best implementation practices
-Use troubleshooting skills to properly assess support cases and diagnose problems
-Proactively contact and update merchants regarding issue status
-Escalate issues to senior specialists as appropriate
-Once you are an Afterpay product expert, you will have the opportunity to assist with
-Authoring knowledge base articles for internal and external use
-Document common problems for product improvement
-Working on various cross-departmental projects
-Quality assurance of our products
Who You Are
-Excited about solving technical issues for our merchants with a combination of technology and creative thinking
-Customer service experience in a technical or non-technical capacity
-A great communicator, comfortable explaining concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
-You have full professional proficiency in English
-Ability to act in a responsive and sensitive manner to all merchant inquiries
-1+ years’ experience supporting an enterprise SaaS solution
-Experience with a support ticket system – Zendesk or Salesforce is preferred
-Bachelors degree is preferred
-Prior experience with E-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, and Magento
-PHP development experience is a plus
