As part of our Business Consulting Practice, the Intelligent Process Automation Lead, will work across various technical business units, consulting groups, and clients of EPAM to support the delivery of IPA Services and Products at EPAM.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Reporting to the Global Head of Business Consulting this individual will lead EPAM in implementing and optimizing Intelligent Process Automation
  • Develop an Intelligent Process Automation strategy and operating model globally
  • Provide support to optimize processes
  • Deploying Intelligent Process Automation in the lines of business through matrix relationships
  • Coordinating the efforts of the business to deploy IPA across the business
  • Define the purpose, capabilities including products, and deployment of IA. This includes the interface with Artificial Intelligence and other digital initiatives
  • Implement best practices for the deployment of IA Process globally
  • Work with our clients to understand where and how Intelligent Automation can be applied, and what problems it can solve
  • Promote the technology and benefits of IA to our global customer base and influence senior leaders to adopt it where appropriate
  • Define, implement and maintain best practice including methods and standard in business and IT to deploy IA. These standards include Agile to support continuous delivery
  • Oversee the automation architecture across the group to ensure standardization and reuse of functionality
  • Lead the upskilling of global regions to enable them to implement IA
  • Create the monitoring of the environment to track performance of IA as well as the process
  • The primary purpose of the role is to lead the Intelligent Automation Team as it scales globally

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Experience leading and implementing Intelligent Process Automation for a global team
  • Progressive levels of responsibility for process improvement and automation for complex operations
  • Strong understanding of Intelligent Automation technologies
  • Strong leader, communicator and influencer
  • Intelligent Automation Expertise
  • Minimum of ten years of progressively responsible experience in Management Consulting. A blend of corporate and management consulting experience is also acceptable
  • Skilled at analyzing complex business issues with the ability to effectively communicate these issues to clients
  • Able to anticipate and identify risks and drive action to mitigate and resolve issues as they occur
  • Executive level communication skills are required
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Project management, preferably Agile, required
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree. Additional education is appreciated
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%
