We are looking for a Manager to lead the day to day execution of client projects. You’ll work directly with clients and take ownership of the overall project and end deliverables. You will establish trust-based relationships, serve senior executives with critical insights, identify account development opportunities, and support the creation of proposals to implement Quid into the client’s strategic process.

In this role, you will:

• Lead consulting projects for Quid clients
• Manage projects across multiple clients at once. For each project, lead and train a team of Associates and Analysts
• Strategically identify potential service opportunities within our client base and beyond
• Work collaboratively with Customer Success team leads to ensure high quality delivery of service and to drive account growth
• Work with the Sales team to scope and price new projects
• Develop new ways for companies to leverage Quid to solve strategic questions
• Advocate client needs/issues to the product and engineering team to build an exceptional product

Your qualifications:

• 4-5 years of experience in management consulting, financial services or strategy
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree with strong academic performance
• Mix of quantitative and qualitative strengths; You excel at storytelling with data
• Highly analytical, skilled project manager
• Prior experience managing people
• Expert knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
• Experience with forecasting, utilization, and building excel models a plus
