ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Market Expansion Coordinator you will play a pivotal role assisting the NME (New Market Expansion) team increase Side’s service footprint by expanding into new states and markets. The Market Expansion Coordinator will be focused on researching state level requirements, supporting and onboarding our Managing Brokers, as well as operational tasks necessary to launch new markets. This role requires someone with a combination of strong organizational skills, the ability to lead multiple projects, and an active communicator with the ability to coordinate resources from a variety of supporting teams. 

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Assist NME team with state level project plans including tracking completions and task management
• Research, collect and analyze data necessary for the New Market Expansion to execute on launches
• Coordinate & Schedule across multiple departments to align resources for successful launch execution
• Assess, identify, and communicate possible blockers to Side expanding into new markets.
• Create and manage onboarding template for new Managing Brokers
• Liaise with new Managing Brokers as point of contact
• Manage and track Broker License Transfer process for all new expansion states
• Document new processes and operating procedures to support current and future growth.
• Other projects and tasks as needed

WHAT WOULD MAKE YOU A STRONG FIT FOR THE ROLE?

• 3+ years of experience as a project manager or related operations experience
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced, timeline driven environment, start up experience a plus
• A constant questioning of how things are currently done and a willingness to try different approaches that could drive efficiencies
• An amicable nature and ability to work with others to move projects forward
• Solution-centric, can-do demeanor, with empathy for the agent and internal partners
• BS/BA degree or Equivalent Experience
• Real estate experience required 
• A constant willingness to go above and beyond to get the job done
