Marketing Compliance Program Manager
About the role
We are hiring for a Compliance Operations Program Manager on our Marketing Operations team. As our Compliance Operations Program Manager, you will be responsible for continuously evolving Chime Marketing’s compliance process. This highly cross functional role will work with internal teams to launch breakthrough campaigns across Growth & Brand Marketing.
This job cannot be performed in the state of Colorado.
In this role, you can expect to
- Work closely with Senior Marketing Operations Manager & internal stakeholders to enhance and optimize the Marketing compliance process, ensuring smooth approval of performance, brand, and lifecycle marketing materials.
- Keep Marketing compliance processes and standards up-to-date and communicate changes cross-functionally
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and management to make sure teams are aware of compliance requirements and have adopted processes.
- Manage compliance approval process for Performance marketing projects.
- Manage compliance approval process for Brand & Lifecycle marketing projects.
- Research and stay up to date on industry best practices.
- Problem solve and work with Marketing & Compliance teams to build and produce the best marketing work for Chime.
To thrive in this role, you have
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field
- 3+ years of marketing operations or program management experience at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house at a tech, consumer finance or innovative, fast-paced consumer brand.
- The ability to stay organized, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize with minimal direction.
- A proven track record in getting stuff done with excellent problem solving skills
- Compelling and effective communication skills with marketing teams & leadership.
- A reputation for developing and maintaining highly collaborative cross-functional internal and external relationships.
- Experience working across both paid and owned marketing channels.
