The MDM Administrator will act as the subject matter expert for our enterprise MDM environment. This position is responsible for developing configuration policies, provisioning and maintenance of all endpoints. The position will also be responsible for maintaining the health and functioning of the MDM / EMM platform and will be the point person for complex technical issues with stakeholders such as end users, operators, Service Desk touch points, and third-party support providers

Requirements

  • 2+ years of MDM or EMM administration experience, such as Airwatch, Scalefusion, or Cisco Meraki
  • Experience configuring and supporting MDM or EMM for a medium or large-sized organization
  • Experience with MDM / EMM patch management, maintaining / updating applications and OS
  • Experience with MDM automation scripting
  • Expertise in troubleshooting technical problems with a focus on rapid resolution 
  • The ability to manage multiple simultaneous and diverse technology issues to resolution, with minimal supervision and a sense of urgency
  • Ability to self-prioritize and manage multiple workloads
  • Must be able to assist in after hours on-call rotation
  • Critical thinking skills, with the ability to think creatively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
