BetterCloud’s channel and technology partners are critical to our success, so we are looking for a Partner Programs Manager to support the growth of our partnerships. This candidate will be responsible for supporting the partnerships team in order to grow BetterCloud’s global partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting internal teams to organize and drive forward initiatives, coordinate with partners for meetings/events, manage projects and programs that support our partners, and ensure there is internal/external communication about our success with partners. The Partner Programs Manager must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize initiatives based on business needs and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a passion for partnerships, and enthusiasm for growing BetterCloud’s revenue through the partner ecosystem.

This role will sit in Atlanta, San Francisco, or New York City.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in the following roles: 
    • Partnerships/alliances management or programs
    • Business development
    • Operations
    • Analyst
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with an ability to present effectively to internal and external stakeholders and leaders
  • Must be able to prioritize and multi-task with special attention to detail and follow-up
  • Extremely strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Must be a self-starter and able to influence others to achieve business aims
  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Develop partner enablement assets and program
  • Run partner trainings and enablement sessions
  • Update and manage shared prospect/customer lists with partners and internal teams
  • Manage partner deal registration processes and reporting
  • Update internal assets with partner information (processes, contacts, etc)
  • Manage Partner Contracts Inventory, and partner contracts processes
  • Manage Partner Tiers (against the partnership requirements) and tracking
  • Review Partner deals to ensure Salesforce CRM fields are correct to ensure accurate reporting 
  • Enter critical meetings/engagements into Salesforce CRM
  • Schedule meetings with partners and internal teams 
  • Support management of Alliances budget
  • Create and socialize partner wins across the organization and at our partners
  • Gather stats/highlights for internal communications about alliances (Sales Kickoff Meetings, Company meetings, Corporate Strategic Objectives updates, etc)
  • Gather material for monthly partner newsletter
  • Work with internal field marketing and partner marketing teams on coordination for partner sponsored events 
  • Manage relationships with “long tail” of channel partners
