Nuna is looking for a privacy program manager to join our Trust team. Our team works across the company to make sure privacy, security, and ethics are built into our products, processes and culture. We are looking for a creative and collaborative problem solver who knows how to translate complex regulations and requirements into guidance and governance.
YOUR OPPORTUNITIES
- Help implement, maintain and evolve Nuna’s global privacy program.
- Provide privacy guidance to new projects and initiatives.
- Support the development and management of internal privacy and data protection controls.
- Manage projects related to ongoing compliance with privacy and data protection.
- Coordinate cross-functionally and drive resolution on a diverse range of privacy issues and incidents.
- Analyze root causes, trends and systematic issues and prepare reports or dashboards for management.
- Develop and give data privacy awareness training.
- Design and implement systems that enhance the privacy and security of Nuna’s products and infrastructure.
- Establish program management framework and process for managing and tracking deliverables.
- Communicate privacy decisions to the broader cross-functional team.
- Relationship building and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
YOUR IMPACT
As a privacy program manager at Nuna, you will lead the privacy engineering efforts at Nuna. You will help create comprehensive privacy and ethics guidance and work with teams to ensure privacy and respect is integrated into everything Nuna does.
YOU BRING
- 5+ years of work experience in privacy or security as a program manager or technical program manager
- Strong passion and interest in privacy, security and ethics in healthcare.
- Experience leading privacy initiatives and reviews across engineering, design and product teams
- Practical experience creating and delivering training and guidance in compliance and privacy
- Experience working and partnering with engineering and design teams during product development
- Experience with Confluence and Jira and familiarity with HIPAA compliance is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- CIPP/CIPM certification preferred
