Program Manager, Digital Workplace

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Digital Workplace (IT + Facilities) team to work with our existing leadership team to define and deliver a strategic portfolio of projects across Meraki. You will be tasked with developing our PMO strategy, working with the DW leadership team to build skills on our team, and crafting and leading long-term strategic goals. You will also be tasked with thoughtfully guiding Digital Workplace teams and coordinating with exterior teams (Meraki and broader cisco) to deliver the project portfolio.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
- Stand up a consistent and repeatable project management framework throughout the teams which make up Digital Workplace
- Partner with DW leadership through Meraki’s OKR process to set and guide the strategic direction of our team
- Resolve level of resources (people, tools, funding) vital to reliably meet project goals
- Able to thoughtfully lead, empower and develop a robust, diverse team
- Lead all aspects of project portfolio for Digital Workplace team, managing schedules, setting priorities, and delivery progress across pivotal initiatives including Facilities and IT-related projects.
- Navigate partner teams impartially with challenging needs, delivering aligned, scalable, and creative solutions
- Work closely with partners in Cisco and Meraki to deliver Customer Zero initiatives.
- Evaluate department performance and impact by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
Experience:
- 5+ years experience with engineering program management, management consulting, product management, and/or similar in the technology industry; experience in a product-focused engineering organization a plus
- A shown technical program/project manager who has driven sophisticated cross-functional rollouts
- Stakeholder management experience and skills
- Team leadership, management and professional development
- Delivered key growth initiatives, including business case justification and scope refinement in order to drive consensus and deliver successful outcomes
- A data-driven approach to decision making and goal setting
- Knowledge and use of Program, Project Management and Agile tools (ie Smartsheet, Asana, Jira - is preferred), able to build moderate to sophisticated level project plans and resource leveling
- Extensive experience in applying both project/program management and agile methodologies to both real-world and start-up growth environments
- Experience working with Senior Management to deliver program status and collect feedback
- Collaborative with strong interpersonal skills, and proficient at communication in written and oral form
- Motivated self-starter, flexible and adaptable to change
