About the Role:

Wing is looking for an experienced Program Manager to work alongside our Launch Team to help seamlessly and scalably deploy Wing’s system into the field. In this role you’ll represent the technology, actively contributing to the plan for new site launches, coalescing multiple stakeholders around the best solution and mitigating any technical issues before they happen. Post-launch, you’ll capture learnings in a playbook and transfer to Operations for deployment at scale. 

What You’ll Do:

• Help capture and shape specific technical requirements for unique or unplanned technical issues encountered during Wing’s expansion to new sites, taking ownership of managing the solution as a sub-project. 
• Join conversations with merchant and retail partner leadership, as needed, to discuss feasibility, gather requirements, or provide updates on schedule.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering to understand the roadmap for new products or new features, and facilitate the conversation timing of release into operations. 
• Continually drive for a uniform and scalable approach to launching Wing technology at new sites by creating a set of canonical project plans and launch playbooks. 
• Identify and resolve schedule conflicts quickly and efficiently, and regularly report on progress against plans. 

What You'll Need:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
• Experience managing external stakeholders or clients
• Technical aptitude and strong analytical skills
• Comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to exercise good judgment in a rapidly changing and sometimes stressful environment
